Client: Private Equity (Portfolio Founder)
Appointment: 6mth Project
Size: <$350Mil
Scenario: Lead commercial due diligence pre-acquisition of manufacturing business operating across multiple sites (NSW, VIC) selling retail, wholesale and white label perishable FMCG brands.
Solution: Secured Board endorsement for the purchase of business (incl. contract negotiation), then led the post-acquisition integration into the parent company within 6mths. Subsequent appointment as NED.

Scenario: Pure play digital marketplace aimed to expand sales revenue into adjacent channel but existing team were at capacity rendering risk to miss opportunity.
Solution: Successfully liberated workload from multiple team members, centralised into a single body of work then designed delivery roadmap. Launched go-to-market then handover to incumbent team.

Solution: Coached leadership team on prioritisation and sequencing aimed at harnessing OPEX spend, rationalising supplier base, deploying RFP’s leading into centralised PO & invoice system deployment.

Scenario: Requiring support to overhaul/outsource operating model, automate recurring dividend distribution, diversify property portfolio and drive efficiencies through multiple service providers.
Solution: Comprehensive mapping of end-to-end operational value chain, design workflow for AR/AP to be centralised and outsourced to bookkeeper, introduced balanced scorecard into financial statements and establish pipeline to preferred property occupancy (unlocking significant cashflow and balance sheet value).
